Explore the former Hogan Cemetery in Oakland, Arkansas, with Ozarks' History. 

We'll begin to discover the unique styles of burials & graves once located along the beautiful White River in the Ozark Plateau. The Hogan Cemetery has existed at least since 1860 with the dated interment of 1860, with Ewing Hogan, Sr. The former cemetery contained Discoid Neck Grave Markers, Step-Stone Graves & White Bronze Monuments.

We are now discovering the area of former Oakland, Arkansas, had everything, including the kitchen, sink pertaining to Ozark historical burial customs.
